Welcome to our blog.

Before we start with anything else, we would like you to know about us and how we came up with this idea. The authors of this blog are Aditi and Ishita. (yes we do other things apart from crying over our college grades)

We are students of Sri Venkateswara college and are pursuing BCom Hons. We love pizza and absolutely loathe early morning classes.

One fine day we thought why aren't we doing something in this extremely boring and stressful time? Something which could be helpful for us and others too. Something which will teach us a lot and will be fun too.

After sessions of brainstorming (and fights), we finally came to this decision.

We'll start a blog! Yay. Now the next milestone was to decide a topic.

Again after so many deliberations, research and discussions we decided to go ahead with-

Who are we or shall we say you?

We are a new generation of influencers that are determined to change it all. Members of Gen Z—loosely, people born from 1995 to 2010—are true digital natives: from earliest youth, they have been exposed to the internet, to social networks, and mobile systems.

 It is true we can’t live without mobiles and have little or no memory of the world as it existed before smartphones.

Gen Z is more racially and ethnically diverse than any previous generation, and are on track to be the most well-educated generation yet.

Unlike the Millennials – who came of age during the Great Recession – this new generation was in line to inherit a strong economy with record-low unemployment. That has all changed now, as COVID-19 has reshaped the country’s social, political, and economic landscape. Instead of looking ahead to a world of opportunities, Gen Z now peers into an uncertain future.

But to lighten the mood of 2020 for people of Gen Z, we who are the part of this Gen Z too, are here to keep you entertained be it by talking something intellectual or something that makes you laugh harder.

The major reason behind this was to create something which people of our generation find relatable and have a great time reading. Something which helps them in their daily lives and also entertains them. In this blog, we're going to talk about everything in the language we understand the best. Filled with interesting examples and in a sarcastic tone, we are going to make sure you enjoy (and love) what you read.

Ranging from which cafes to explore in the south campus to which series is best to binge watch today. From insights on which course is ‘vogue’ today to tips on how to save money. From finance to literature to influencer marketing to The Great Recession. From do’s and don’ts in dating to staying healthy, we've got you covered.
